We are happy to have you, and are excited for the festivities you will bring to MayFest! Please share this with others you know may be interested.

There is NO additional form to go with this; this is first come, first serve, and ticket sales will automatically stop when we reach our limit. We do NOT take Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Paypal or other pay apps – payment can be made securely using this form only. This form is NOT for brick and mortar businesses.
