Counselors in the Community Association (CITCA) is a community-based nonprofit focused on advancing mental wellness, civic engagement, and educational equity in underserved communities. They offer a range of free or low-cost services, including SEL mentoring, mental health first aid training, youth workforce development, digital literacy programs, school advocacy, and family support. CITCA primarily serves youth ages 5–24 and their families, especially those impacted by poverty or trauma.
