MPF is the federally funded Parent Training and Information Center and Family to Family Health Information Center. As such our mission is to provide training, resources, referrals and information to families of children with different abilities.
Our peer to peer support provided through our Family Support Navigator programming provides intensive direct support navigating all the systems of care involved with children with different abilities. Our Navigators all have lived experience and go through 10 hours of intensive training before assisting families.
We do not have any qualifying criteria for families of children with special needs to participate in any of our programs or receive any of our resources. All of our services are free.
There are multiple ways for families to contact MPF and obtain our services. They can call, email, walk in, website, and our social media pages.
