Mass General Hospital’s New Parent Support Groups offer free virtual programming for parents and caregivers navigating the early stages of parenting. These groups are designed to provide education, peer connection, and hands-on support with no barriers to entry—no ID, insurance, referral, or residency requirements. the Virtual Breastfeeding Support Group meets Wednesdays from 2:00–3:00 PM via Zoom. Parents can attend this group but it does require an email to ipc@mghihp.edu for the link. These groups are led by nurses and board-certified lactation consultants, and they offer a trusted, inclusive space for all parents whether first-time or experienced—to get real-time help and build community.
