This organization provides food access in walk-in, online, and home delivery forms at no cost to Chicago residents. Home delivery is for people who are home-bound, elderly, and disabled. They also offer social services and mental wellness (therapy). Nourishing Hope has locations throughout the city, and they also have a program that secures food for Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital patients who are being released.
