Without necessary home repairs, neighbors here in our community have to look for housing elsewhere. Home preservation allows us to tackle the affordable housing crisis. We can help longtime Upstate SC residents stay in homes they already own.

Eligibility:
-You must reside in Anderson, Greenville, Oconee, or Pickens County.
-You must be at 80% AMI or lower.
-No sex offender can live in the home
-Length of homeownership is at least 2 years
-Names on the deed match who lives in the house
-Have home insurance
-No outstanding property taxes
-Must not live in a mobile home
-Must not own other properties
